Paula Bafaro is simply the best agent to show property on Hat Island, due to having a pilot's liscense for boating people over. This allows easier access for buyer's, inspectors and contracters. Her other great strength is the friendly, knowledgeable advice she offers, without putting pressure on any of the involved parties.
