Established in 1963 as North Homes Realty, ( a partnership), then was acquired 100% by still current owner Edward Heidel. In 1973, Mr. Heidel joined the CENTURY 21 International franchise system and became CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty, Inc. Since that single office ( Located at 13322 Hwy 99S, Suite 201, Everett WA 98204), CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty, Inc. has grown to encompass 12 offices in 3 states, - Washington, Oregon and Alaska. We currently have 6 offices in Washington State, located in Mount Vernon, Everett, Snohomish, Seattle and Tacoma Washington. With our Relocation department, Property Management department, Residential Sales offices and Commercial Department, we have your listing and sales needs covered.
